WHY: Sometimes we've given the search too many key words and filters and nothing is coming up!
One quick way to change this is by clicking the "expand your search" option and modifying your filter options.
Steps:
Look at the results you currently have
If you don't have what you're looking for click the blue "expand your search"
If you are still not getting what you need look at your filters on the left hand side and try clicking the X next to filters to see how this changes your results
You can also use the drop down menu to the right hand side of your key word search to broaden your search.
Please note some of these options in the broader search might not be available immediately but ILL can probably get them for you!
